Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Method
 

  1. 1. Grind oats in a food processor until they become flour.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. 3. Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with 2-4 tablespoons of honey.
Substitute peanut butter with other nut or seed butters if desired.
Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.
