- 1. Grind oats in a food processor until they become flour.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and pumpkin pie spice.
- 3. Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with 2-4 tablespoons of honey.
Substitute peanut butter with other nut or seed butters if desired.
Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.
