  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method
 

  1. Marinate the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add asparagus and mushrooms; cook for 3-5 minutes until asparagus is tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in the remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce; mix well.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately.

- Marinate shrimp to enhance flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
