  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Marinate shrimp with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add asparagus and mushrooms, cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with sesame oil.
  8. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.

Notes

- For a low-carb option, serve with cauliflower rice.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
