Method
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Lightly coat with flour.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil and butter to the skillet. Sauté mushrooms and onion until softened.
- Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Return chicken to skillet. Cook until heated through.
