  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend Half the Fruit: In a blender, combine half the fruit, sugar, water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

  • Add Fruit Chunks: Spoon the remaining chopped fruit into popsicle molds.

  • Pour and Freeze: Pour the blended mixture into the molds, leaving about 1/2 inch of space for expansion.

  • Insert Sticks: If your molds don’t have built-in sticks, freeze for an hour, then insert wooden popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze Fully: Let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
