- 3 cups of fresh fruit strawberries, mango, watermelon, pineapple – your choice!
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Blend Half the Fruit: In a blender, combine half the fruit, sugar, water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Add Fruit Chunks: Spoon the remaining chopped fruit into popsicle molds.
Pour and Freeze: Pour the blended mixture into the molds, leaving about 1/2 inch of space for expansion.
Insert Sticks: If your molds don’t have built-in sticks, freeze for an hour, then insert wooden popsicle sticks.
Freeze Fully: Let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Enjoy: Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release your Mexican popsicles.
