Method
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture among the tortillas and roll each tightly.
- Place wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Remove, slice in half, and serve hot. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
