  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened

  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
  4. Place wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
