- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
- Place wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
