  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and break apart with a spatula.
  3. Once beef begins to brown, add sliced onions and bell peppers.
  4. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain excess grease from the pan.
  6. Reduce heat and mix in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Use the mixture to fill and roll, then bake if necessary.

Notes

- Drain the grease well to keep rolls from getting soggy.
- These rolls can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer.
