  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese; microwave until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients along with eggs and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into sticks.
  6. Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet and brush with garlic and parsley mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

- Dough may be sticky; use lightly oiled hands to roll.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
