  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices turkey bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, turkey bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt mozzarella cheese in the microwave until gooey. Spread onto parchment in circles.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto each cheese circle and roll up tightly.
  5. Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

- Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor and convenience.
- Cheese tortillas may take practice; cool before peeling.
