Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, turkey bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Melt mozzarella cheese in the microwave until gooey. Spread onto parchment in circles.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each cheese circle and roll up tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
