Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Gradually stir wet ingredients into dry until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 6 portions and shape each into a ball.
- Poke a hole in each ball and stretch to form bagels.
- Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Allow bagels to cool slightly before serving.

- Greek yogurt can be used instead of cottage cheese for a softer texture.
