- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

- Add zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
- Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss with garlic butter.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
