Method
- In a small bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Spread garlic butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
- Press gently with a spatula to bind the bread and cheese.
- Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
