Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • daikon about 400g
  • 1 pack of sprouts 50g
  • Shredded nori for topping

For the Sesame Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp ground sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp sugar or honey for a natural sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
