Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of refried beans BUSH’S® Traditional Refried Beans work wonders
  • 1/2 cup of chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch burrito-sized

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Your Oven: Set it to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the Beans: In a bowl, combine the refried beans, salsa, diced onions, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  • Prepare the Cheese: Toss the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together in a separate bowl.
  • Assemble the Burritos: Lay out a tortilla and spread 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture in the center. Top with 1/2 cup of the bean mixture.

  • Roll It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake: Pop the burritos in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burritos are heated through.
