1can of refried beansBUSH’S® Traditional Refried Beans work wonders
1/2cupof chunky salsa
1/4cupdiced onions
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
4large flour tortillas10-inch burrito-sized
Instructions
Preheat Your Oven: Set it to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Beans: In a bowl, combine the refried beans, salsa, diced onions, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
Prepare the Cheese: Toss the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together in a separate bowl.
Assemble the Burritos: Lay out a tortilla and spread 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture in the center. Top with 1/2 cup of the bean mixture.
Roll It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake: Pop the burritos in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burritos are heated through.
Notes
Use store-bought or homemade flour tortillas (10-inch size recommended).
