  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl. Warm if desired.
  2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss with coleslaw mix.
  3. Lay tortillas flat. Spoon BBQ chicken and coleslaw down the center.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro if using. Fold and roll the wraps.
