Description

A fluffy, protein-packed zero carb yogurt bread recipe that’s quick, easy, and perfect for both sweet and savory toppings.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

3 large eggs

1 cup almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. Whisk Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.

3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until just combined.

4. Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.

5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

6. Cool for 20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For fewer carbs, use ultra-filtered yogurt.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature, or 1 week in the fridge.

Freeze slices individually for up to 1 month.
