Description

This creamy, spicy, tangy Tram Sauce is the perfect viral dip or drizzle for fries, chicken, roasted veggies, and more. Easy to whip up in minutes and completely customizable.


Ingredients

Scale

½ cup sour cream

23 Tbsp hot honey

12 Tbsp garlic chili oil or chili crisp

1 tsp ranch seasoning mix

1 tsp dried dill (or fresh)

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

12 Tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1–2 tsp tamarind paste or fish sauce for depth


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or jar.

2. Whisk or shake until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust—add more honey, lemon, or chili oil as needed.

4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

5. Stir before serving. Enjoy on fries, spuds, veggies, or chicken.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Customize with tamari, roasted garlic, or sweet chili sauce.

For a thinner dressing, mix in 1–2 Tbsp water or buttermilk.
