Description
A refreshing sugar-free strawberry limeade made with fresh limes, real strawberries, and your favorite natural sweetener. Diabetic-friendly and perfect for summer sipping.
Ingredients
1½ cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
4–5 fresh limes (juiced)
3–4 cups cold water
2–4 tablespoons erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
Ice cubes
Fresh mint and lime slices (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Blend strawberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
2. Strain mixture into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
3. Add fresh lime juice to the pitcher and stir.
4. Add sweetener to taste and mix well.
5. Pour in remaining cold water and stir.
6. Chill or serve over ice with mint and lime slices.
Notes
Adjust sweetener based on the ripeness of your strawberries.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Make it fizzy with sparkling water or turn into slush by blending frozen limeade cubes.
