Description

This naturally sweet sugar free strawberry jam is made with just 4 ingredients. No refined sugar, no pectin, and it’s ready in 20 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp monk fruit or stevia (adjust to taste)

1.5 tbsp chia seeds


Instructions

1. Place strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Stir and mash as they cook for about 10 minutes.

3. Add lemon juice and sweetener, stir to combine.

4. Add chia seeds and simmer 5 more minutes.

5. Remove from heat and let cool.

6. Transfer to jars and refrigerate.

Notes

Jam will continue to thicken as it cools. Store for up to 10 days in the fridge or freeze up to 3 months.
