Description
This strawberry shortcake coffee creamer brings sweet strawberry flavor, creamy vanilla notes, and shortcake richness to your daily coffee in just minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup fresh strawberries (or ¼ cup freeze-dried powder)
¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
2 tbsp milk of choice
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. If using fresh strawberries, cook them into a jam-like reduction and strain.
2. Blend cream, condensed milk, vanilla, almond extract, and milk.
3. Add the strawberry puree or powder and blend again.
4. Strain the creamer if needed for smooth texture.
5. Store in a sealed container in fridge for up to 7 days.
6. Shake before each use.
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries for longer shelf life and intense flavor.
Coconut cream and dairy-free milk can be used for vegan version.
Adjust sweetness to taste or use sugar-free condensed milk for keto.
