Ingredients
4 Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
2 tbsp oil, divided
1 cup ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp canned jalapeños (optional)
1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
1/2 cup nacho cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook until brown, about 4 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Drain excess fat if necessary, then set aside.
3. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Layer ground beef, nacho cheese, a crunchy tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeño, and shredded cheese. Top with a smaller tortilla.
4. Fold the edges of the tortilla over the center, creating a tight wrap.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown on each side.
6. Repeat until all wraps are cooked. Cut and serve immediately.
Notes
Use low-carb tortillas to keep it keto-friendly.
Add or omit jalapeños based on your spice preference.
