Ingredients

3 medium purple carrots

1 medium purple sweet potato

2 sweet apples (such as Jona Gold)

½ handful fresh purple basil (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash all produce thoroughly

2. Cut apples into quarters, remove seeds if desired

3. Chop sweet potato into small chunks

4. Add all ingredients to juicer and juice

5. Pour over ice, garnish with basil, and serve

Notes
