Ingredients
3 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 Tbsp sugar
4 oz white chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and vanilla.
2. Heat over medium heat, whisking until the mixture begins to simmer.
3. Add in white chocolate and stir until chocolate is fully melted.
4. Ladle hot chocolate into cups and top with whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
5. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a keto version, substitute sugar with a low-carb sweetener.
Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
