A warm, GLP-1-inspired natural drink with ginger, cinnamon, honey, and apple cider vinegar to support weight loss and curb cravings.
Ingredients
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups warm water
Instructions
1. Boil water and let cool slightly.
2. Add grated ginger and cinnamon powder to a mug.
3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and honey.
4. Let steep for 2–5 minutes before drinking.
5. Drink warm before a meal, ideally in the morning.
Notes
You can substitute honey with stevia or monk fruit for a lower glycemic option. Add lemon juice or reduce vinegar if desired. Let steep longer for a stronger flavor.
