Description

Delicious gluten-free meatballs baked with marinara sauce, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

1 batch gluten-free meatballs

32 oz jar prepared marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Pour half the marinara sauce on the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart baking pan.

3. Spread half the meatballs over the marinara sauce.

4. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the meatballs.

5. Layer the remaining meatballs over the cheese.

6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce on top.

7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Use a sugar-free marinara sauce for keto compliance.
