Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
50g dark chocolate (70%+ cacao)
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice bananas into ¼-inch rounds.
2. Add ½ tsp of peanut butter to one slice and top with another to make a sandwich.
3. Freeze banana sandwiches for 1–1.5 hours until firm.
4. Melt dark chocolate and dip each frozen sandwich.
5. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt. Freeze again until chocolate is set.
Notes
Use almond or sunflower butter for allergies.
Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
