Description
Lemon Balm Tea is a refreshing herbal infusion that supports weight loss by calming the mind, aiding digestion, and reducing bloating.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tbsp dried)
2 cups water
1–2 tsp honey or lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse fresh lemon balm leaves and pat dry.
2. Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
3. Remove from heat, add leaves, and cover.
4. Steep for 10 minutes.
5. Strain into a cup and add honey or lemon juice if desired.
6. Serve hot or over ice.
Notes
Fresh lemon balm can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
Dried leaves should be kept in an airtight container away from light.
Add ginger or mint for extra flavor and benefits.
