Description

This Korean Fresh Mango Milk Drink is a creamy, fruity, and refreshing summer beverage made with ripe mangoes and milk. Perfect for brunch or beauty-boosting hydration.

Ingredients

Scale

1 large ripe mango (Ataulfo or Alphonso preferred)

3/4 cup cold milk (dairy or oat)

1 tsp honey or agave (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Mint or whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Peel and dice mango, reserving a few cubes for garnish.

2. Blend the rest with honey into a smooth purée.

3. Spoon purée into a tall glass, pour milk slowly on top.

4. Top with reserved mango cubes, ice, or whipped cream.

5. Serve chilled and stir gently before drinking.

Notes

For a vegan version, use oat or coconut milk.

Avoid fibrous mango varieties for a smoother texture.

Use glass jars for a Korean café-style presentation.
