Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener

2 eggs

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa, monk fruit, and salt.

3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

4. Pour into pan and smooth top.

5. Bake 20–25 minutes or until edges are set.

6. Cool before slicing.
