A cheesy, low-carb keto pizza casserole packed with flavor—perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 cup low-sugar marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Drain fat and spread meat in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
4. Top with marinara sauce, then a layer of mozzarella and parmesan.
5. Add mushrooms, peppers, and olives.
6. Repeat layers and finish with cheese.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use cream cheese or xanthan gum to thicken if desired.
Customize toppings to suit your taste—pepperoni, spinach, or jalapeños work great.
