Description

These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are stuffed with melty cheese, tender beef, sautéed onions and peppers — all rolled into a low-carb wrap and baked until golden.


Ingredients

Scale

8 oz shaved ribeye or ground beef

1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 onion, thinly sliced

1 tsp avocado oil or butter

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (keto-approved)

4 slices provolone or Monterey Jack

Optional: garlic powder, mushrooms, jalapeños


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef until browned.

3. Add peppers and onions; sauté until soft.

4. Stir in Worcestershire and optional spices.

5. Melt cheese on parchment into rounds or prep egg crepes.

6. Place filling on wraps and roll tightly.

7. Secure with toothpicks and bake 15–20 min.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can make the beef-pepper mix 3 days in advance.

Use different cheese wraps like cheddar or mozzarella.
