Description

Delicious low-carb, savory roll ups with only 2g net carbs per serving.


Ingredients

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

16 ounces ground beef

1/2 medium onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 ounces cream cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Saute ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat until veggies are soft and meat is browned. Drain excess grease.

3. Add Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted.

4. Place shredded Monterey Jack cheese in 8 circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges brown.

5. Let the cheese cool slightly. Place filling on each circle, roll, and allow to cool and harden.
