Description
A quick and delicious keto mug cake ready in 5 minutes. Low-carb, single-serve, and customizable with almond flour, coconut flour, or egg-free options.
Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour (or 1 tbsp coconut flour)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 egg (or 2 tbsp cream cheese for no-egg)
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips, berries
Instructions
1. Mix almond flour, cocoa, and sweetener in a mug.
2. Add egg, butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
3. Stir until smooth and well combined.
4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until risen.
5. Check texture; cake should be moist but set.
6. Top with cream, berries, or chocolate drizzle and serve warm.
Notes
For coconut flour, use just 1 tbsp and add extra egg or liquid.
Do not overcook or cake will dry out.
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in fridge for 2 days.
