Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz low-carb vanilla protein powder or sugar-free pudding mix
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp allulose or keto sweetener of choice
Juice and zest of 1/4 medium lemon
Instructions
1. Whisk cream cheese, lemon juice, almond milk, and protein powder until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip cream and sweetener until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Add lemon zest while folding.
5. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Optional: Fold in sugar-free Jello for firmer texture.
Top with crushed almonds or berries if desired.
