These keto-friendly jalapeño popper bites are loaded with creamy cheese, crispy turkey bacon, and a spicy kick—perfect for game days or parties!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
1/2 cup diced jalapeños
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix mozzarella and almond flour in a bowl; microwave until melty, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in cream cheese and beaten egg until smooth and elastic.
4. Roll out dough between parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness; cut into small squares.
5. Combine cream cheese, turkey bacon, jalapeños, garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
6. Place a teaspoon of filling onto each square; fold to seal.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Use gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation.
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
