Description

Juicy keto garlic butter meatballs simmered in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a low-carb dinner.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (or pork/chicken/turkey)

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 egg

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

4 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

1. Mix ground meat, almond flour, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings in a bowl.

2. Roll mixture into evenly sized meatballs.

3. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet and sear meatballs until browned on all sides.

4. Reduce heat, add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet.

5. Simmer meatballs in garlic butter until fully cooked through.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with cauliflower mash, zucchini noodles, or a fresh salad.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Freeze raw meatballs for quick future meals.
