Cheesy, saucy, and full of flavor, this Keto Crustless Pizza Skillet is your new favorite one-pan dinner. Gluten-free, low-carb, and totally satisfying.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups sugar-free pizza sauce
3 cups mozzarella (divided)
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix turkey, salt, pepper, oregano, basil in bowl.
2. Press meat into skillet evenly and bake for 20–25 minutes.
3. Remove and drain excess grease if needed.
4. Spread pizza sauce across baked meat base.
5. Top with half the cheese, then veggies, then remaining cheese.
6. Return to oven for 10–12 minutes until bubbly.
7. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
8. Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Use lean meat to prevent soggy base.
Customize toppings to taste.
Freeze slices individually for easy reheating.
