Ingredients
2 lbs beef chuck roast, cubed
2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 cup bone broth
1 cup coconut milk
8 oz cream cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add proteins and vegetables to crockpot.
2. Pour in broth and coconut milk.
3. Add seasonings and stir gently.
4. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
5. Shred meats if needed and stir in cream cheese and bacon.
6. Serve hot with fresh herbs.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freeze portions for up to 3 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
