The perfect appetizer or snack! Keto crack sausage balls are filled with rich cream cheese and topped with crispy turkey bacon.
Ingredients
1 lb natural ground breakfast sausage
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
6 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 24 evenly sized balls, and place onto a parchment or silicone baking mat-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 18 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. Let cool and serve.
Notes
Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized balls.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to five days.
