Description

This keto crack chicken is a delicious and addictive dinner recipe combining chicken, turkey bacon, two kinds of cheeses, and ranch dressing! Low in carbs but full of flavor, it comes together in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

4 small chicken breasts

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon oil

4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon butter

6 ounces shredded cheese

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon celery salt

1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set aside.

2. Pound the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, remove, leaving grease.

4. Add butter to the pan. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, pour pan juices over.

6. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and spices. Spread over chicken.

7. Top with turkey bacon and shredded cheese.

8. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Instant pot method: Sauté turkey bacon, sear chicken, then cook with cream cheese mix on High Pressure for 15 minutes.

Slow cooker method: Cook turkey bacon and chicken, then slow-cook with cream cheese mix on Low for 8 hours.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
