This keto crack chicken is a delicious and addictive dinner recipe combining chicken, turkey bacon, cheeses, and ranch dressing! Low in carbs but full of flavor, it comes together in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
4 small chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oil
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
6 ounces shredded cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set aside.
2. Pound the chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove turkey bacon, leaving grease in the pan.
4. Add butter to the pan. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
5. Transfer chicken to the baking dish. Pour pan juices over the chicken.
6. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, and dill.
7. Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken. Top with turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
8. Bake for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese melted. Serve immediately.
