Ingredients
2 flour tortillas (gluten-free, paleo, or regular)
4–6 tbsp cream cheese (regular or vegan)
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar, plus more for sprinkling
1/2 tsp cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
1 tsp butter (vegan or regular)
Maple syrup for dipping
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. Warm the tortillas in a pan for flexibility.
3. Spread 2-3 tbsp of cream cheese on each tortilla.
4. Sprinkle cream cheese with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
5. Roll tortillas tightly and slice into bite-sized roll-ups.
6. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and melt butter. Cook roll-ups for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
7. Coat each roll-up in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while warm.
8. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
Ensure roll-ups are crispy golden brown for best texture.
Use light cream cheese or dairy-free versions for healthier alternatives.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days and reheat in a pan.
