These keto churro cheesecake bars are an easy no-bake dessert that tastes like authentic churros. They are perfect for parties too.
Ingredients
2 cups Almond Flour
1/3 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute
6 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tsp Cinnamon
16 ounces Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Sour Cream
2/3 cup Heavy Cream
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Substitute
2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
1. Whisk almond flour, cinnamon, and powdered sugar substitute for the crust.
2. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
3. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan and freeze.
4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar for the cheesecake layer.
5. Add sour cream, vanilla, and heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
7. Combine granulated sugar substitute and cinnamon for topping.
8. Sprinkle topping over the cheesecake layer and press gently.
9. Freeze for 2 hours to set.
Notes
Keep bars in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Allow bars to soften at room temperature before serving.
