Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup Lily’s baking chips
Instructions
1. Combine butter, heavy whipping cream, extracts, Swerve, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk well.
2. Cook until the mixture thickens like sweetened condensed milk.
3. Remove from heat and cool for 10-15 minutes.
4. Mix in baking chips until melted.
5. Pour into a parchment-lined loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
