Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced onions
6 dill pickle slices
Lettuce wraps, cloud bread, or keto chaffles
Keto Big Mac sauce (see notes)
Instructions
1. Divide beef into 6 equal portions and roll into balls.
2. Heat skillet or griddle until very hot.
3. Place beef ball on skillet, smash flat with spatula, and cook 60–90 seconds.
4. Flip, add cheese, and cook another minute.
5. Layer sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, and patties with cheese.
6. Assemble with lettuce wrap or keto bun alternative and serve.
Notes
Keto Big Mac Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp dill relish, 1 tsp vinegar. Store up to 1 week.
Serve with keto sides like cauliflower tots or zucchini fries.
