Description
This BBQ Keto Chicken Casserole is a family favorite, delicious and easy to make, perfect for your keto meal plan!
Ingredients
1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/8 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 pieces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 teaspoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook chicken in a slow cooker for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
3. Remove chicken, chop into large pieces, and place in the baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with garlic seasoning, then pour BBQ sauce over the chicken.
5. Crumble turkey bacon on top, then cover with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Broil for 2 minutes if a browned top is desired. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Notes

Use rotisserie chicken as a quick alternative.
