Creamy, low-carb keto Alfredo sauce made in minutes with butter, cream, and Parmesan. A perfect comfort food for pasta alternatives.
Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 oz cream cheese (optional, extra creamy)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
5. Optional: stir in cream cheese for extra creaminess.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve hot over zucchini noodles, chicken, or vegetables.
Notes
For dairy-free, use coconut cream and nutritional yeast.
Store in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze in portions.
Reheat gently on stovetop with a splash of cream.
