Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 fresh peaches, sliced (or 1/2 cup peach preserves)
2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden.
3. Add peaches, jalapenos, garlic, honey, and lime juice.
4. Simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
5. Serve hot with rice, veggies, or cornbread.
Notes
You can swap fresh peaches with peach jalapeno jam.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes for a hands-off oven version.
Grill for smoky flavor, brushing glaze on during last few minutes.
