Description
Crispy low-carb tortillas filled with cream cheese and cinnamon sweetener, air fried to golden perfection.
Ingredients
4 low-carb tortillas
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Spread softened cream cheese over tortillas.
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener mix.
3. Roll tortillas tightly and brush with melted butter.
4. Coat with extra cinnamon-sweetener mix.
5. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Serve warm with sugar-free caramel or whipped cream.
Notes
For variation, add blueberries to the cream cheese for a fruity twist.

Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days and reheat in air fryer.
